3D imaging for anatomical diagnostics
Obstructive sleep apnea is a sleep-related breathing disorder that is related to the upper airway anatomy. We visualize your upper airway in three-dimensional detail using “Cone Beam Computed Tomography.” A thorough review of your upper airway anatomy enables Dr. Chenin to diagnose and treat your condition effectively.
We use the state-of-the-art i-CAT 3D imaging machine in our office to visualize your anatomy with incredible precision. Using this technology, we can easily identify swollen tonsils, large or long soft palates, airway constrictions, nasal and sinus disease, septum deviations, and more. This helps us understand how your anatomy contributes to your Obstructive Sleep Apnea and determine the best course of therapy. We also work with Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologists and Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Specialists to provide relevant diagnostic services.

He has been instrumental in developing the most advanced 3D airway imaging software, which is currently used in almost every medical and dental school in the world, and in thousands of private clinics worldwide. Dr. Chenin has spent more than 10 years helping develop this technology and teaching it to other doctors. He regularly trains other doctors on how to use this revolutionary technology in their practices. Home sleep testing
We also work directly with Sleep Physicians who offer home sleep testing technology for your convenience. This enables our patients to undergo highly accurate sleep diagnostics in the comfort of their own homes. We work directly with physicians who are board certified in Sleep Medicine for initial diagnostics and follow up examinations.
Using 3D imaging and home sleep testing allows us to achieve highly accurate diagnoses and treatment follow-ups to ensure positive outcomes for our patients. This allows us to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts, including Radiologists, ENTs, and Sleep Physicians.
